BOOKING POLICY

In order for us to reserve your requested appointment time, we require a credit card on file. Please be assured that this card is securely stored and can only be accessed by us for cashing out your service upon completion or to enforce our cancellation policy in the event that you miss your appointment.

PAYMENT POLICY

Patients are financially responsible for all fees and charges incurred during an appointment regardless of whether they are covered by the patient's insurance plan or not. All treatments, custom medical devices, and opened retail items are final sale and non-refundable. All service fees are payable at the time the service is provided.

PRIVACY POLICY

East Toronto Foot Care takes patient privacy and the privacy of patient information very seriously. Personal and medical information is stored securely with software that strictly adheres to Canadian privacy of information laws and the College of Chiropodists of Ontario's regulations and bylaws.

WORKPLACE BULLYING AND HARASSMENT POLICY

East Toronto Foot Care prides itself on being a safe, inclusive space. Bullying or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to discharge any patient who is deemed to be disrespecting, discriminating against, or bullying our staff members.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of previously scheduled appointments will result in a charge equal to 100% of the original service charge.

LATE POLICY

We will accommodate you to the best of our abilities, however, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service in order to keep the next scheduled patient's service at their scheduled time. Original service cost still applies. If you are running late, please email us immediately so we can advise on your options.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you are unable to attend your appointment, in order to avoid penalty, we kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy and notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you fail to attend your appointment without advising us ahead of time, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service. We highly value everyone's time and try our hardest to adhere to all scheduling. We kindly request that you respect this as well.
